it has a 5.9 diesel, with 60k miles.
I intend to outfit a wifi router, connecting my sprint pcs phone connection to 3 laptops (including one for gps maps)
anybody doing something similar?

If you view the photos associated with the various bus tribes you will see that just about EVERYTHING has been done by someone here, including many things that arguably should have never been done ;-) Scabbing a VW bus, boat, or other habitable foreign object to the roof seems especially popular.
I assume that 5.9 diesel is a Cummins. It should give you many miles of faithful service - one of the best diesels ever built in my opinion. -
